Shipping
U.S. and Canadian orders are dispatched from our Washington State fulfillment location. Orders to Europe and other international destinations are shipped from our Bali workshop.
For U.S. orders, we primarily use USPS. Shipping is $5.99, or free on orders over $100.
For Canada, Europe, and other international destinations, we use UPS or DHL Express. Shipping is $17, or free on orders over $100.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days, depending on the availability of each piece. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us through our Contact Us page before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
U.S. returns are sent to our Washington State return location. For European customers, we work with a return location in France. Please contact us before initiating a return so we can provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is individually carved from natural wood, so slight variations in grain, color, shape, and texture are completely normal and make every piece unique.
How should I care for my piece?
Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking the wood, using harsh cleaning products, or exposing it to prolonged moisture.
Can it be displayed outdoors?
Our pieces are designed primarily for indoor display. If placed outdoors, keep them protected from rain, strong direct sunlight, and excessive humidity.
Will I have to pay import taxes or duties?
U.S. customers will not be charged import duties, as U.S. orders are dispatched from our Washington State fulfillment location. For customers in other countries, local VAT, GST, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on the destination and local regulations.
